I was looking at the recipe for homemade hot pepper paste. It makes a huge amount and it would take a long time to use it all up. I was wondering how long it lasts and what the best way to store it is. Is there anything such as another ingredient that could be used that wouldn’t affect the flavor but would help it last longer?
