I’ve just come across a bonanza of fresh sweet potato stems and was wondering how I should dry them. A friend of mine just harvested all of his sweet potatoes and the stems will go to compost if not used.
Are any sweet potato stems suitable? Are the leaves of any use? How should I dry them.
Please let me know so they don’t get ruined before I can follow your advice.
