“I love beef intestines and tripe!”

  1. I consider myself an epicurean and made Yang Gop Jang based on taste. It didn't taste quite right...a bit too malty. I would really appreciate your advice on making the stir fry sauce.

    I used beef tripe + intestines.
    For sauce, kochu jang, kochu karu, sesame oil, sesame seed, sugar, corn syrup, garlic, jalapeno pepper
    veggies: onion, carrot, zucchini, cabbage, green onions
