well my problem is that my sister want a korean food for their birthday.. i want do the "9 plates"
i chose these, because my sister saw these dishes in many doramas and want to test, but can not find some ingredients and shops of Spain and other places dont sent to Colombia ..
then I want to know if I can replace these ingredients with something else if is possible.
Samgyeopsal: hot pepper flakes, soy sauce, hot pepper paste, soybean paste, sesame seeds and sesame oil.
bimbimbamp: fern brakes (kosari), bean sprouts (are needed??)
kimchi: Baechu (I can replace for other?) , squid (are needed??)
ramen: dont find a recipe.
mandu: Shiitake mushrooms, tofu, fish sauce
kimbap: yellow radish pickle (“danmu ji”) and i can do it whitout laver "kim"
Tangsuyuk(sweet and sour pork): starch powder, ear mushrooms
Miyuk gook : fish sauce, soaked miyuk
Jjajangmyun: Noodles (special “myun” for jjajangmyun)(I can use other), black bean paste,potato starch powder,Asian radish, sweet potato
rice kake: mugwort powder (is need)
