Well, not really instant.
All I used was water, self rising flour, and sugar. Made a decent sized doughball, flattened it out, and put a good helping of sugar in it.. Closed it off, dropped it in a pan. 5 minutes later I was enjoying some delicious food. My mom didn’t like it, she thought it was too sweet, but I love it.
Very simple and quick recipe. Next time I do it, I’ll be sure to go all out and get all the other ingredients to make a nice, traditional hoddeok!
I can see why it’s considered a comfort food in Korea.
Can you give the amounts I want to try and make it since I don’t have yeast
