Hello everybody it’s my first time writing here and i should say that im a huge fan XD. anyways, im going to the korean grocery after few days and i wanted to know whether i should buy shiitake mushrooms or it’s ok to use the white canned mushrooms I already have for cooking Japchae and Mandu? Thank yoouu!!^^
Fresh shiitake or oyster mushrooms taste much better than canned mushrooms.
I agree with you, Evil G. Never had a canned mushroom that was not soggy with no texture. I would rather skip the mushrooms than add canned.
Just bought a bag of dried mushrooms.
