Hi Maangchi! Thank you so much for your recipes! I just finished studying for a year in Korea and I’ve really enjoyed being able to make my favorite foods at home since there is no Korean restaurant in my town. When I was in Korea, Nearby my school there was this little shop that made fantastic 체육 and 김치 돕밥. Could you tell me how to make either of these? These are the dishes I miss the most. Thanks!!
Stir-fried pork and kimchi is Koreans’ all-time favorite dish! It’s served with rice. The recipe will be posted someday in the future. Meanwhile, you can make it with my spicy stir-fried pork recipe. Stir-fry chopped kimchi first and add pork and other ingredients. Happy cooking!
