  1. Hi Maangchi. The below link is to a recipe for a side-dish that I see frequently at my local Korean restaurant, and it is one of my favorites.

    However, this recipe calls for vinegar to make it sour. Do you have a recipe for this using fermentation to make it sour? Thank you!
