“Kamjatang and Shabu Shabu”

    Kamjatang is a personal favorite. The broth is the hardest thing to make.

    I love Korean spicy Shabu Shabu with the red broth. No one seems to want to share their secret recipe. I believe the broth would be very similar to the Kamjatang broth though.
