I love Korean Cuisines and to be able to see your videos on youtube is awesome. Where I’m from, it’s really hard to get all the ingredients but I do manage with what we have and it’s delicious. Cannot make kimchi mainly because there is no hot pepper flakes on the Island so I only eat instant kimchi from either a jar or can. I would really love to try Maangchi’s home made kimchi.
