    Hi guys... I'm so glad to be here, I'm wonder how to keep good kimchi in such hot weather if there's no refrigerator?
    anyone can share it with me. many thanks to Maangchi.

    If you have no fridge, it's best to bury it in the ground.. or store it in a clay pot like Maangchi does :P
