An interesting idea from this guy - Kimchi Chicken Melt Sandwich

I've heard of people using kimchi and cheese together, which sounds kind of dangerous to me, but that photo looks pretty delicious!

It was delicious! the only things I did differently were putting in caramelized onions and shredded chicken in with the mayonaisse. i would highly recomend it one of the tastiest sandwiches i've had in a while!!

After my last post, I went & discovered kimchi & cheese in the fridge! I made one myself, it was awesome.
