Kimchi Convert

Hello from Uk !
As mentioned above, very new to Korean cooking, but already a massive fan of Kimchi. It’s soo addictive.

In fact I’m travelling to Bangkok this week, and I’m hoping to find a Korean cook school or private home cook who can show me first hand the art of making this wonderful dish. I have already made contact with a lady who offers classes, but if anyone knows of any other contacts there, that would be great.
