Growing up in Texas, both Mexican and southern food are pretty important. I like to incorporate ingredients from my native cuisines. Today for breakfast: grits with chopped (homemade) kimchi, a little kimchi juice, cheddar cheese n butter. Topped with chopped kimchi, kakkudugi (homemade) Serrano peppers, green onion and more cheese!!
Ohh and and and a fried egg. Mmmm yum!
