“Kimchi in Brooklyn!”

    Looks like there will be a Kimchi throwdown in Brooklyn this weekend, with both Arirang Kimchi and Mama O's Kimchee selling both kimchi and kimchee at the Greenpoint Food Market.

    Look, I don't have a horse in this race, all I want to say is that can we put a moratorium on naming anything "Aririrang," and can we decide on how to romanize 김치 so everyone knows what they're eating?
