I am trying to make kimchi following Maangchi’s recipe but I can’t find kosher salt where I live. Does anyone know a good substitute for kosher salt?

Can you get sea salt? That will work fine. And in a pinch (no pun intended), I suppose you could use table salt as well.

Any salt without iodine added such as canning salt and sea salt although ive seen sea salt with iodine.
