Kimchi Sauce!

Hello,

I’ve been searching for a good kimchi sauce recipe but am yet to find one. I don’t meant he brine used to make kimchi but more a ‘ketchup-style’ kimchi sauce I can use to put on chicken or pancakes etc.

My best experiment so far has been:

Garlic
Ginger
Chillies
Soy sauce
Soy been paste
Water
Rice vinegar

All blended together it’s pretty tasty but I’m sure someone would know how to do it better than me!
