This is a new recipe I have recently created, I make it very mild with only 1/4 of a cup of Korean red pepper flakes and rice flour as well as fresh green beans, pineapple, napa cabbage, red and yellow pepper (capsicum), leek, fresh ginger, garlic and fermented soya beans.
This recipe was made using Maangchi’s advice, many thanks Maangchi !!! :-) I made loads of it, looks like a rainbow bright and colourful and tastes amazing!
It also tastes great with sticky basmati rice!
If you can, please upload the photo of your kimchi. It sounds very pretty!
Can I have the detail recipe, example how many cup or tablespoon of each ingredient u use. Many thanks
