I am interested in finding a korean cooking class in NY that is held regularly. I checked ICE and they didn't have anything for 2010-11. Also, I am looking to learn how to make homemade doenjang.. I know it takes a long time to ferment and is not for those with sensitive olfactories, but I love love it and want to learn. I would also be into learning how to make korean food from a chef in a restaurant, but find it difficult to even figure out how to do so. My korean in not that good..
