“Korean ginseng root”

  1. Hello maangchi.

    First and foremost I would like to thank you for sharing all these wonderful recipes. You have made Korean cooking so accessible and successful to make at home. Especially your kimchi - my family , friends and I can now have fresh and tasty kimchi in our own home!! 

    Friend of mine bought me some fresh Korean ginseng from Korea. It is very gritty, can you advise what I should do with it before I use it to cook the Korean ginseng chicken.
