What is the best way to eat fresh korean green chilies? Should it be eaten raw by itself or is there a sauce it should be dipped in? I got a huge bag for cheap at the Korean market yesterday, now I just need to eat them! Are they hot like a jalapeño or not? Can they be eaten raw without my mouth burning off?
Yes, just dip fresh green chili peppers in ssamjang and eat with rice.

Taste one, i think they are milder but peppers can vary a ton even from the same plant.
