Korean cooking forum topics
I am interested in Korean herbs ie. Korean Ginseng or Korean Cordycep etc in making healthy food, wine or brews. There seems to be very little information on the internet regarding Korean herbs or herbal use. I hope that you can share this with us.
I would like to second this request! There are numerous Korean herbal ingredients that I am completely unfamiliar with, so I have no idea how they are properly used.
Dropwort, edible chrysanthemum, crown daisy, stonecrops, etc… This could be a whole episode in itself! ;)
