I bought a big packet of Red pepper for making Kimchi but the top
has gone mouldy when I open it last week. Can the red pepper still
be used or do I throw them away?
How do you keep the red pepper powder from getting mouldy?
If hot pepper flakes are not stored in the freezer, they will go moldy in a few months, depending on the temperature. The top of your hot pepper flakes have mould? I would throw the whole bag away.
