      Can you tell me how to make a Korean summer salad made with, RED LEAF LETTUCE, and other spices. I have eaten it several times but cannot find the recipe anywhere.

      Wash and drain lettuce and tear it into bite size

      and mix it with sauce.

      The sauce for lettuce salad

      Mix soy sauce, hot pepper flakes,chopped green onion, garlic, honey or sugar, sesame oil, and roasted sesame seeds.

      If you want to know the exact ratio, check my grilled beef recipe. I posted the recipe for seasoned green onion (“pajuhri”) which is served with grilled beef. Replace green onion with lettuce. You will figure out how much soy sauce.. will be needed.
