    Hi Maangchi, I am wondering if you have any salmon recipes....I was hoping to make some sort of Korean marinade for salmon but went totally blank when trying to figure one out ......hope you can help THANKS

    Salmon is not familiar fish in Korean authentic food.

    I just simply sprinkle some salt on salmon and rub it with some vegetable oil and roast it under the broiler. I will post the recipe someday on my website!

    Does anybody else have a good and simple recipe for salmon?
