“Kosari 코 사 리”

  1. Can somebody help me please? I will cook Yukgaejang today and the kosari that we bought yesterday is the hard one. Coz the ready to cook one is not available in the Korean Mart here. If i'll gonna bring it to boil, won't it be tasteless when i serve it? Thank you.

    If you like to soften your gosari fast, you could use a pressure cooker, too.
