I made your kong jang recipe and just wanted to tell you how delicious it was! Just one question: I noticed that when you keep the beans in the refrigerator, they tend to get a little hard. Is there anything I can do to keep them soft?
BTW, I live in Los Angeles and was sorry I missed you. I'm sort of new to the area and was wondering what some of your favorite Korean restaurants are.
