I hope I put this in the right place. Not all ingredients are Korean but that’s OK, It should turn out delicious anyway!
I’ve got:
Seasonings: Ginger, Garlic, *dark* Soy Sauce, Chinese Cooking Wine, Hoisin, Sesame Oil, Sriracha
Veggies:
A leek
A head of bok choy
Onion (2 white and 1 bunch of green onions)
A green Bell Pepper
Carrots
I might be able to get some bean sprouts, but probably not
Any ideas? I was thinking of cooking all of the above together with some pork loin in a pot and adding some bean threads at the end. I know it’s probably not authentic Korean, but that’s all I have right now… ^__^;
Oh, I also have rice flour so I can make those long rice cakes Maangchi made, but yeah. :)
Oh, I also have cinnamon sticks so maybe I could whip up some sujeonggwa, but then I’d have to get rid of my iced chai tea…
Yeah, my pantry is only a baby korean cook. My pantry is also filled with things from Mexico , Europe and the Phillipines.. we’re a multicultural house… ^_^;;
