Hi maangchi and all
I have tried the easy kimchi recipe and it was a success! However, I'd like to ask the following questions
1. Can I skip the salting process when soaking cabbage?
2. Can I also skip the salted squid? How about just squid or oyster without salt?
Due to health reasons i need to be on a very low salt diet so while i love kimchi, it's the high sodium level in it that worries me.
