    Hi Maanchi!

    I grew up in Hawaii, and my favorite Korean food, other than kal bi was meat jun. It’s steak, thinly sliced, in an egg and flour pancake batter, fried and crispy. Then you dip it in a shoyu (soy sauce) and vinegar sauce. I would love to see your recipe if you have one.
