Hello everyone, I am a 26 year old male from Newfoundland, Canada. Last year I spent a year teaching as an ESL instructor in Changwon, South Korea. Just around the corner of my hogwan was a beautiful restaurant which served a hybrid dish... It was a Korean Milmyeon (with the EXTREMELY flavourful and spicy red sauce) with Japanese Dunkas (breaded pork cut in strips) added.... It had cucumber shavings and a boiled egg on top and it was served cold. It was my favourite restaurant and dish that I experienced in Korea. My co-workers and I would go there at least once a week for lunch to the point where my last time there I got my picture with the husband and wife owners. They were very sweet. Either way, My request is for the milmyeon noodle dish with the spicy red sauce with the pork dunkas added. I have inclosed a photo of the dish WITHOUT the dunkas.
