    Hey Maangchi!

    I was wondering if you could tell me how to make Moomaalengie. That dried radish cut up into tiny pieces thats crunchy and spicy! Thanks for the advice about how to wash the chives (buchu). My buchu kimchee came out really delicious! It took me about 3 hours to make about a liter’s worth, but my daddy said it tasted really good, and that was worth all the effort!
