“nal kong garu vs bokkeum kong garu”

  1. Hello. Can i substitute plain soybean powder (nal kong garu) with roasted soybean powder (bokkeum kong garu)? I am making my own gochujang using someone's recipe. It says plain soybean powder. But i only found roasted one. Do you have any idea?
