Hello everyone,
when i was in Korea (and that was like 15 years ago), i remember that in some restaurants there was served a very good dish, something like a soup, made from vegetables and maybe seafood.
1. The name was similar to “Sin Solo” (sorry, I was at the age of 7-8)
2. To cook this thing, you need to use a specific “pot”. It’s in 90% gold colored (maybe from copper), it’s round with a vent in the middle, and has a place for a small fire in the bottom.
Thus the vegetables are … steam-cooked? ;) I have this thing in my house, that’s why i’m looking for a name and some recipes.
Best regards! :)
Shinseollo
