My mom makes this delicious fish that is marinated in soy sauce and other spices. The bones are hollow and edible (which is my favorite part).I’m pregnant and can’t eat a lot of types of fish. My mom said its called “hoong uh” or something like that. Does anyone know what kind of fish this is?
