I'm doing a presentation for my Korean 101 class on making Kimbap. I need some help with the Korean terminology for things.
Here's what I have and what I need (and feel free to correct anything I have, because I'm not an expert, but I'd like to appear to be an expert when I present this).
What I have:
Kimbap = (김법)
Pickled Yellow Radish = Danmuji (단무지)
Cucumber = (오이)
What I need the korean words for:
Korean style ham?
Nori sheet (is it a cognate from Japanese?)
Short Grain rice
Anything I'm missing?
