New dehydrator: Ideas?

I just received a new food dehydrator (it’s the same on Maangchi recommends), and I wonder what Maangchi uses hers to make? I see the Korean rice punch, but does anyone have other suggestions? I may try gotgamssam with my own dried persimmons…
