New member of Maangchi's Fans Club

I have been watching, observing and taking notes of Maangchi’s many Korean recipes over the internet, and, man, am I impressed with her style of teaching. She is no chef but she is a very good culinary teacher, almost exceptional. Furthermore, she has a honest and kind face that seem to be on smile mode all the time. She is not selfish in sharing her culinary knowledge, which are plenty.

I learned many things and techniques from her videos. I just hope I could purchase all of her cooking books one day. What makes her good at what she does is the fact that she seems pragmatic or practical in the things she does. I believe she is also a good planner, organizer and creative person. And a very neat one at that. Maybe she is an Aquarian born in February? I could not help it but be drawn by her, and become a fan of hers for life.
