My name is Chaos and I’ve been a cook for a pretty long time. Well, not really. maybe close to 10 years. But I’ve studied hard.
In the last year I ended up being diagnosed with several food allergies (Most notoriously gluten.) and have decided to dedicate myself to learning all about Korean cuisine which lets me easily sidestep the foods that bother me.
