My mom use to have octopus that was aybe boiled and we would dip it in hot paste. What is that called and do you have a youtube video on how to make it correctly?
All you have to do is wash the octopus, steam it till it turns white and then dip it in Chojang.
“Cho jang” (hot spicy sauce) Recipe:
Mix 3 tbs hot pepper paste, 1 tbs soy sauce, 2 tbs vinegar, and 1 tbs sugar in a bowl using a spoon.
Add 1 chopped green onion, 3 cloves garlic, and 2 ts of juice from minced ginger. Mix well.
