      안녕하세요~

I’ve had seolleongtang at a Korean restaurant before and it was delicious! I’d really love to make it at home :) It’s supposed to be a really easy dish, it just takes a lot of time!

Please make this Maangchi unnie! It’s a great dish that’s also quite popular:)

P.S: If you have time, could you also try 갈비탕?

In order to reproduce the clear soup for seolleontang, you have to keep boiling and skimming the water for hours!. It is very labor intensive. If done correctly, it is delicious!

YESS!! I would love to see seollangtang!! I just tried it for the first time this summer in Koreatown LA — it was so filling and comforting. :) It’s very hard to find though, and there are no restaurants in Minneapolis/St Paul that serve this!

In St Paul the Mirror of Korea http://mirrorofkorea.com has Ko Ri Ghom Tang. That should be close.

You should have seen the look on the ladies face the first time I ordered Hae Jahng Gook. She asked do you know what that is?

You can get Sulung Tang at Hoban in Eagan http://www.hobanrestaurant.com
