Please Give me some advice. I am in Seoul and will have friends over for my housewarming next week.
If I was back home in Europe Id probably make a big pie. However in Seoul and on a budget, I want to make something Korean (or fusion) with local ingredients. I’m not sure what people normally would serve here.
We should be about 20 people so finger food/appetizers would be best.

Ps: I have a small gas stove, BBQ and small toaster oven
You can make it buffet style with ssam, korean bbq, mandu, kimchi, rice, japchae, etc.
