Hello there :-)
I’m currently an English teacher in Korea and have made a habit out of visiting a local temple! There, the wonderful ladies prepare a bibimbap style meal for all times of the day. One of the frequent additions to this meal is a cooked peanut sort of… thing. I have NO idea what to call it or what it is hahaha. But it’s definitely peanuts… and they’re definitely cooked… maybe in soy sauce?
Would you have any clue what I’m talking about? And if so I would looooooooooove a recipe- it’s too good!

Hi there.
The dish is same as this bean dish cooked in soysauce except replaced the beans with large peanuts.

I think you can cook it the same way as this and itll be the same, just with peanuts. Hopefully Maangchi could update us about whether it will turn out the same or not. Hope that helped!
