I was wondering if you would show us how to make some common, delicious Pojangmacha food such as Hyugyeso Gamja, roasted sweet potatoes, or skewered fish sausage? They all sound so good for after school snacks, don’t they?

Here is the roasted sweet potatoes and potato fries they serve in hyugesos
Hyugyeso gamja is just grilled potatoes with oil and salt – not much to it.

boiled in water on skewers with some kelp, full onion, etc. :)
