      In making Kimchi from my new cookbook it asked for pickled Anchois. Can the canned Anchois that are found in all supermarkets do the same thing? Can fish sauce be a substitute?

      I would use fish sauce.

      No it is a very strong green and makes great kimchi. Korean spelling 갓김치
