“Question about Korean Pickled Anchois”

  1. In making Kimchi from my new cookbook it asked for pickled Anchois. Can the canned Anchois that are found in all supermarkets do the same thing? Can fish sauce be a substitute?

  4. No it is a very strong green and makes great kimchi. Korean spelling 갓김치
