    I want to know if there are any korean recipes with lamb in it?? If there is, can you post it up? Lamb tastes very good and I would like to try and make it :)

    Lamb is a recent introduction into Korean food. That said it would work really well for some Korean recipes.

    Galbi jjim use soem of the tougher parts say shanks and it should work really good.

    The chops or other tender cuts would be good Grilled.
