Im wondering do i need a special rice cooker, like the cuckoo ones, or would any do?
Any rice cooker will work well. Soak the rice at least 30 minutes before cooking

And after 30 minutes steam it in pressure cooker for 15 minutes. After that rice cooker is ready to serve hot.
