I was going to start a batch of Kimchi today, but found out I was out of Sweet Rice Flour, but had a bag of short-grained sticky rice in the cupboard. I put 1/2 cup in my cheap little coffee grinder & made a powder out of it, and then sifted it out in a flour sifter. If this works out, it sure is a cheap alternitave!
