I have a question about Mandu skins. My bf is gluten free and we tried gf flour for the mandu skins and it did not work at all so we then tried rice flour. It was manageable but not a great experience. Can mandu pi be made successfully with rice flour?

Hi Ladywolf,
anything can be made with rice flour, same proportion if you are adding water to make it..a better answer to full gluten free diet for mandu is…
this plant called sorghum – perhaps there’s sorghum flour.
it is rarely known, but sustainable food companies are using it and finding out about its benefits now a company like hamptom creek brand Just cookies dough is using this sorghum to build it’s dough free of egg and gluten free.to answer your question regarding gluten free way to make mandu, see this link for how to recipe
