      Hi,

      I live in gangwon-do province and go out for korean BBQ a lot. They serve a brown thick textured sauce along side it in a small dish. It isn’t at all spicy so I don’t think it’s ssamjang, but does anyone know what else it could be?? It’s almost sweet and smoky
